mAh is the capacity of your battery.  The continuous amp rating is the number of amps your battery can draw continuously, safely without overheating.  Pulse amp ratings are for shorter bursts, such as when vaping.  A battery with lower mAh tends to have a higher amp rating and a battery with a higher mAh tends to have a lower amp rating, so find your optimal battery by first ensuring it can handle the power you intend to use and then offer the best battery life for that power.
